Personally, I feel that Coaching is a conversation about being human.
A conversation about what’s true of all humans; about how we operate each time we speak and act. You may not be aware of some of the emotions you experience, but they still affect your body. Otherwise, without a conscious effort to understand your emotions, it can be difficult to think clearly, perform tasks well, and bounce back, in turn affecting your work-life balance. Without awareness to the perceived stressors, we can become our own worst enemy and a victim by reacting in predictable ways that rob us of our vitality and flow.

I know what it is like to feel stuck, without hope and caught in a story governed by the past. Coaching: Coaching is usually 6 sessions and intensely practical. I will work really closely with you to achieve your dreams and goals.
