Personally, I feel that Coaching is a conversation about being human.

A conversation about what’s true of all humans; about how we operate each time we speak and act. You may not be aware of some of the emotions you experience, but they still affect your body.  Otherwise, without a conscious effort to understand your emotions, it can be difficult to think clearly, perform tasks well, and bounce back, in turn affecting your work-life balance.  Without awareness to the perceived stressors, we can become our own worst enemy and a victim by reacting in predictable ways that rob us of our vitality and flow. smiley-3058590_640

 Coaching

As well as being a certified Life Coach, I also offer Leadership Training during 18 years of Teaching and Mentoring in Education. Coaching is usually 6 sessions and intensely practical. It helps develop a way of being and living that meets your wants and desires.

As a coach, I will work really closely with you to achieve your goals whether they be personal or professional. I will work flexibly with you and this may include bespoke training sessions and use of multi-media resources.
